The Southeast Florida/Caribbean District Council's Young Leader's Group is pleased to announce its next event, a limited seating roundtable discussion.

The roundtable will feature two distinguished speakers including:

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and learn from industry leaders in a small intimate setting. This Young Leaders Group event is open to “35 under 35” (35 ULI members who are 35 years of age or younger). A continental breakfast will be provided.

Duane Stiller, the president of the fastest growing retail real estate development firm in the state and Debbie Orshefsky, the leader of Greenberg Traurig’s national Land Development Practice Group will discuss issues facing the Southeast Florida real estate market including industry trends, career-paths, advice for young leaders, and beyond.

Directions & Parking: From 1-95 exit east on Broward Blvd to SE 3rd Avenue and turn right. At the 1st light turn left onto SE 2nd Street and go to the second building on the right (Offerdahl's is on the corner), turn right into the Bank of America parking garage and park in any unreserved spot on the 1st or 2nd floor. The meeting will be in the main conference room on the 20th floor. Bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
