This ULI SE Florida/Caribbean Young Leader's Group event that was postponed due to Hurricane Wilma will now take place on February 22nd. Come and hear from Delray Beach Mayor Jeff Perlman and CRA Executive Director Diane Colonna about how they were able to implement and govern the rebirth of their city.

The purpose of the Agency is to revitalize the physical environment and the economy of the Community Redevelopment Area. The CRA's activities are designed to solve the underlying problems of slum and blighted conditions through planning, redevelopment, historic preservation and affordable housing so that the tax base can be protected and enhanced by these mutually supportive activities.”
