Florida's Treasure Coast is
one of the hottest residential development areas in the
country. Come hear and speak with the experts about the
Treasure Coast's development and marketing dynamics. What's
left to develop? Who is buying what? What's working in high
end gated communities? The "urban infill" redevelopment
phenomenon has hit the Treasure Coast - exactly what's
happening?
This program was developed by the ULI SE Florida/Caribbean
District Council’s North Area Committee. This
committee determines land use issues pertinent to the areas
north of Boca Raton though Indian River County. They develop
programs, networking and workshop events to address these
specific needs. The North Area Committee was developed to
help us better serve the vast and diverse needs of our
District Council territory, which spans seven counties and
Caribbean.
