2007 is

insurance across the various real estate market
segments? Will commercial construction make up for
the slack in residential? Will vultures be landing
in South Florida? Come and hear from a distinguished
array of national and local experts.
A departure from past programs, this year’s Outlook
program will also include presentations by two
top-level developer panels, one focused on housing
and the second on commercial real estate, sharing
their ideas and forecasts by the changing market
conditions. Ample time will be allotted for
questions and answers from the audience.
Come and hear from the best on how to plan for the
coming year. Be Prepared!!
Resource tables will be presented by Florida
Trend, CB Richard Ellis, Metrostudy and the
University of Florida Center for Real Estate
Studies. All registrants will receive a copy of
