2007 is upon us! What can we expect to see in terms of the economy, building costs, financial trends, and insurance across the various real estate market segments? Will commercial construction make up for the slack in residential? Will vultures be landing in South Florida? Come and hear from a distinguished array of national and local experts.

A departure from past programs, this year’s Outlook program will also include presentations by two top-level developer panels, one focused on housing and the second on commercial real estate, sharing their ideas and forecasts by the changing market conditions. Ample time will be allotted for questions and answers from the audience.
