Jules is the Director of Business Development for KAST
Construction. KAST Construction is a full service
construction and project management firm. Serving a wide
variety of market sectors office, residential high rises,
retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, science
technology, automotive, as well as interior
renovation/tenant build outs. Each project is unique and
KAST employs tailored services to meet each clients
requirements. With a unique blend of operating expertise and
financial strength enables the firm to deliver successful
projects in the toughest operating environments.
Her career spans various aspects of the business development
and marketing field for the Commercial Real Estate
Community. Previously at First American Title Insurance
Company in the National Commercial Services where she was
responsible for business development and client relations in
coordination of commercial title for multi-site, multi-state
transaction throughout the United States. She was also with
American City Business Journals for seven years, serving as
Real Estate Specialist for The South Florida Business
Journal, where she created unique partnership and marketing
opportunities for the real estate community.
Growing up in the Treasure Coast and being part of a
Commercial Developer’s family business she’s witnessed South
Florida’s rapid expansion and is passionate about the
direction of growth in this region.
Jules is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where
she received a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration.
She currently serving on the executive committee for of ULI-Urban
Land Institute and was a board member of NAIOP-National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties. She is a
graduate of Leadership Broward Class XX. |
