Neil Fairman

Neil Fairman is the President and Founder of The Plaza Group. As President, Mr. Fairman has overall responsibility for all aspects of, and has been integrally involved in, the firm’s projects. As Founder, he has been the impetus behind the Firm’s distinct investment approach and accelerating success in the Florida marketplace. Specifically, Mr. Fairman was instrumental in sourcing and overseeing all elements of the development of The Palms, twin 32-story, 196-unit unit luxury oceanfront condominium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and in the process, twice secured the title of largest condominium developer in Broward County in 1999 and 2001. Currently, Mr. Fairman is focused on the development of the 40 story, 240-unit luxury oceanfront condominium, Ocean Palms, in Hollywood, Florida. In addition to his residential high rise projects, Mr. Fairman has over 25 years of extensive real estate development experience in each of the industrial, lodging, office and retail sectors. Prior to the 1988 inception of The Plaza Group in Florida, Mr. Fairman developed a number of real estate projects in Canada. Mr. Fairman pursued undergraduate studies in Canada and executive studies at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and sits on the Board of the Hollywood Business Council as well as on the Board of the Harvard Real Estate Initiative.
